Return and Refund Policy

At Hue Skin Co., we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products that prioritize safety and effectiveness. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

However, in the event of an order issue, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Please carefully review our policy before making a purchase.


1. Order Issues: Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ๐Ÿ“ง hello@hueskin.co with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.


2. Eligibility for Replacement

We will provide a replacement at no additional cost only under the following conditions:
โœ… You received the wrong product
โœ… Your order was damaged during shipping

Items Not Eligible for Replacement:

โŒ Change of mind after purchase
โŒ Opened or used skincare products
โŒ Items damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Skincare & personal care products (including cleansers, serums, moisturizers, body oils, etc.)

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards & promotional sale items


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Hue Skin Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend the following steps:

5. Refund Policy

Since all sales are final, refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method.

  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@hueskin.co.
