Return & Refund Policy

At Hue Skin Co, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Order Issues: Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@hueskin.co with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to assess the issue and offer a solution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Eligibility for Replacement

We will issue a replacement only in the following cases:
โœ… You received the wrong product
โœ… Your order was damaged during shipping

If eligible, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Items that do NOT qualify for a return or replacement include:
โŒ Change of mind after purchase
โŒ Opened or used skincare products
โŒ Items damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Skincare & personal care products (including cleansers, serums, creams, etc.)
  • Used or opened products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards & promotional sale items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hue Skin Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please:

  1. Check your delivery location (e.g., mailbox, front desk, neighbor, etc.)
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  3. Email us at hello@hueskin.co if further assistance is needed

Refunds & Processing Time

Since all sales are final, we only issue refunds in rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock issues. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds cannot be processed to a different payment method
  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
  • If you havenโ€™t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at hello@hueskin.co
