  • For Nationwide & International Orders (DHL):

3️⃣ Enter Your Tracking Number

  • Input the tracking number provided in your email or SMS.

4️⃣ View Your Delivery Status

  • You will see real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Timelines

🚚 Nationwide (Nigeria): 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & holidays)
✈️ International Shipping: 5-7 working days via DHL

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as customs processing, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Hue Skin Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing:
