We offer both nationwide and international shipping from our fulfillment center in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination:

Nationwide (Within Nigeria)

  • Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding the dispatch date).
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via DHL Express.
  • International delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days after dispatch.
  • Customs processing times vary depending on the destination country, which may impact delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
  • International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid upon delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order in real time using the DHL tracking link provided.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer support team.

5. Delivery Guidelines

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, Hue Skin Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate and provide a resolution where applicable.
