Our Skin Safety Monitoring Program is the ongoing process of monitoring and evaluating how Hue Skin products perform beyond the point of purchase.
We actively review customer experiences, unexpected skin reactions, product usage patterns, long-term skin responses, and feedback that may help us improve our products or usage guidance.
For you, this means two things: First, your safety is important enough for us to maintain a formal monitoring process. Second, if you experience an unexpected reaction while using a Hue Skin product, there is a clear pathway to report it and have it thoroughly reviewed.

Every report is documented, assessed, and reviewed. Where action is required—whether updating instructions, improving a formulation, or investigating a specific batch—customer safety always comes first.

You play an important role in helping us maintain safe and effective products.
If you experience an unexpected reaction while using any Hue Skin product—including irritation, redness, excessive dryness, sensitivity, breakouts, itching, or any skin response that concerns you—we encourage you to contact us.
Your report helps us review the product involved, identify possible patterns, improve future guidance, and enhance product safety and performance.
When reporting an issue, please include:
- The product name
- How long you have been using it
- How often it was used
- A clear description of what happened
- Photos, if available
